‘Rasta Mania’ print originally appeared on the runway of Galliano’s Fall-Winter 2003/2004 couture show for Dior, a collection dedicated to the dance traditions of different cultures. Fortunately for the brand's admirers, the designer was frequently transferring the motifs and the mood of couture collections to create his ready-to-wear pieces. This print made its way to Dior's Rastafari-inspired 2004 capsule collection alongside monogram pieces and other theme related accessories, and is still a highly valuable part of the fashion history.
