Many designers have been using fragments of images of world masterpieces in their collections before and now. It seems that Dolce&Gabbana were passionately fond of decorating their creations with prints of works by great artists, among which Botticelli occupied a special place. This extremely rare 2000 D&G dress adorned with Botticelli's «The Birth of Venus» print is made of sheer silk, zipped at the side and is one of the best pieces from our archive. The dress was worn by two 90's icons - Fairuza Balk and Julia Stiles.
